How has its message about finding yourself through breath affected you?
It resonates perfectly with me because practicing yoga is a big part of my life, as is connecting more deeply with myself. Every day, I strive to make time for myself and find moments to breathe and be present. Breath is so important because without it, we wouldn't be alive. Breathing deeply and learning how to channel my breath has helped me learn how to live more fully.
What do you think about crowdfunding on Seed & Spark so far? Best parts? Worst parts?
It is definitely a lot of work. You have to really commit 110% and be completely unapologetic about your art/passion. Don't be afraid to ask for what you want. The best part is creating a public presence and getting people really excited about your project. It's important to raise the money, but even more important to network and meet people. The support you can gain from Seed & Spark can really be incredible. You never know who will come across your project.
When do you feel worthy?
When I am creating. Creating art, creating a life, creating relationships, creating peace, creating love. Most all, love. There is nothing that makes me feel more worthy than when I get to share in mutual love with another.
If you could change anything about your last breakup, what would it be?
Not a single thing. Everything happened the way it was meant to be.
